Do I have to pay upfront term's fees?
Pay as you go no up front term's fees. The cost is $13 (or $11 seniors/pensioners) per class.

What do I need to bring to the class?
Bring a bottle of water, towel and wear comfortable swim wear. The pools have shower facilities.

Do I need to know how to swim?
You do not need to know how to swim. The pool has a shallow end that you can easily stand in.

Is the equipment supplied?
We supply all equipment required e.g.. noodles and floatation belts or you can purchase equipment from Cassie. Some participants have their own and are welcome to use them.

I have some health issues so can I do the class?
The exercise is geared towards your level of fitness and health concerns. To be on the safe side we believe you should check your individual health concerns with your doctor. When attending your first class you must complete and bring along our medical clearance form / health checklist from doctor.

I have difficultly getting in and out of a pool?
People with physical disabilities would be more suited to the Peakhurst Retirement pool because of hand rail's and steps to enter into pool. Your safety is always of paramount importance to us.
