Qualifications

Cassie McQuillan is a certified Aqua Fitness Instructor who has completed Arthritis NSW’s Warm Water Exercise Volunteer Leader Training. Cassie has worked several years in the Aqua fitness industry and become very busy teaching many shallow and deep water classes around Sydney’s St George area.

• Cassie is registered with Fitness Australia (register of exercise professionals) 
• Insured with GUILD Insurance Pty Ltd. 
• Completed my Certificate III in Fitness at Sutherland College Loftus Campus 
• Arthritis NSW Warm Water Exercise Volunteer Leader Training 
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
